Welcome to DRAE, our goal is to deliver you a unique experience of flavor in an inviting atmosphere with excellent service. Our menu is designed to be fun. All of our dishes were created for Tapas dining, small portions for one; or to share. However you want to experience DRAE we hope you enjoy the Tapas Experience as much as we do.

Tender sushi grade tuna belly served in our unique citrus brine

finished with cherry tomatoes, red onions, peppers, cucumbers & fresh cilantro. Topped with a dollop of our avocado mousse & a side of tortilla chips (GF)

Oysters on the 1/2 Shell

Fresh local oysters served on the 1/2 shell with house cocktail sauce, horseradish, lemon wedge’s & our own mignonette (GF)

Goat & Feta Cheese Dip

A creamy mixture with garlic and herbs whipped and served with
our own tortilla chips and pita bread

Iceberg wedge with cherry tomatoes, red onions, feta, black olives, pepperoncini’s & ranch dressing

Leeky Sprouts

Oven roasted brussel sprouts & leaks finished with a a splash
champagne vinegar, bacon bits & cheddar cheese (GF)


Crisp romaine lettuce tossed in DRAE caeser own dressing, fresh
croutons, parmesan & peccorin cheese

Tom & Jerry

Fried goat cheese & plum tomatoes nestled on top of a bed of greens. Tossed with balsamic vinaigrette & finished with balsamic glaze

A wedge of iceberg lettuce, red onions, cherry tomatoes & pancetta with a drizzle of our house ranch (GF)

Burrata Salad

Fresh mozzarella ball filled with creamy mozzarella over a bed of
green beans, cherry tomatoes & tossed in a truffle vinaigrette (GF)


Poached asparagus spears wrapped in prosciutto, spears of red peppers
finished with balsamic glaze (GF)

Rae Salad

Baby arugula tossed in a citrus vinaigrette with crunchy walnuts, dried cherries, seasonal fruit & goat cheese
